Could you provide information about the variety of matcha grades you offer?
We offer ceremonial grade, premium latte grade, and culinary grade.

Do you offer matcha blend and single origin?
Yes, we do.

What is your packaging option?
1. Silver bag for kg matcha
2. Bag for 20g or 30g matcha
3. Tin with stickers of your logo for 20g or 30g

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities)?
For bulk, 1kg is fine. For private label orders, MOQ is 300 pcs (bag or tin).

Can I get sample?
You can buy our sample with minimum 30g per matcha.

What is the typical lead time from order placement to delivery?
3 to 30 days depending on the amount of order and its complexity.

What is your payment terms?
Every order will be processed after payment. Please pay your order at front.

Any certifications or quality standards associated with the product?
Some of our matcha is organic certified (JAS).

What about Shipping, Customs & Import Taxes ?
We ship your order either using Japan Post or DHL. Remember, the shipping cost and VAT (tax and custom in the country of recipient) are the responsibility of each buyer.

Please note that customs regulations vary from country to country and officials in various countries may inspect your shipment, including intrusive inspection (opening of your package). Neither Nakai Organic Tea Garden nor its Partners can guarantee any method to prevent this from happening. We are also unable to mark items as “gifts” as this is both illegal and has no bearing on whether a package is or is not inspected. You are responsible for any import taxes or other duties that may be charged by your the customs and postal services of your country.

Return & Refund Policy 
In general, all sales on our store are final. However, we may accept exchange product on a case by case basis if your package has arrived defective in some way. Please be sure to take photographic evidence and contact us immediately. Damaged products cause by the shipping company is out of our control.
